Time Out is a Chapel Hill stable like no other, a place where college students of all-ilk can gather to share and bond over biscuits and fried chicken at any hour. That’s why on this edition of Franklin Eats, Brian and his boss Molly did their journalistic duty and went to the 24-hour restaurant at 2:50 a.m. to get the true Time Out experience.
Brian got the classic “Man vs. Food” combo and some pie, Molly got a whole bunch of Eastern North Carolina barbecue, they both get yelled at later by their online manager for mixing up the real difference between Carolina barbecue.
