Time Out is a Chapel Hill stable like no other, a place where college students of all-ilk can gather to share and bond over biscuits and fried chicken at any hour. That’s why on this edition of Franklin Eats, Brian and his boss Molly did their journalistic duty and went to the 24-hour restaurant at 2:50 a.m. to get the true Time Out experience.
