In light of recent events at UNC, The Daily Tar Heel will be operating on a reduced schedule this week to allow our staff time to rest and to prioritize their mental health. We will continue to report breaking news and will publish a scaled-down paper on Wednesday, but we will pause most other coverage for the time being.
For now, we plan to return to a normal schedule by the end of this week, but we will continue to evaluate the needs of our staff to make this decision.
