THE PERFORMANCE COLLECTIVE PRESENTS “EATING ANIMALS” Assistant Arts Editor Katherine Proctor (and the entire Performance Collective) wear clownish make up, yell at rubber chickens, beat up stuffed animals, all in interpreting Jonathan Safran Foer’s “Eating Animals.”
