 First video for this week is "Scissor," which comes from Liars new LP Sisterworld. It's a thoroughly strange clip in which a man stranded in a lifeboat at sea discovers his vessel keeps filling up with rocks. And those rocks don't take kindly to being thrown overboard. Watch:

Next up we have Swedish group jj, who will be opening for The XX when they play the Cat's Cradle in March. The song is "Let Go," and it seems to be a study of how cool both smoking and crying blood can look when contrasted with jj's haunting and clear melodies.  Conclusion: it can look very cool.

The final video for this week is for Pantha Du Prince's "Stick To My Side," the much-hyped collaboration with Animal Collective's Panda Bear. It features a kind of tree-person running around snow-covered woods, having nightmares, and dancing around a campfire. No, I'm not sure what the point is. Try to decide for yourself:
