American Horror Story Season Premiere

The much anticipated FX horror drama returns with a new storyline. Titled “Coven,” the series follows the lives of modern day witches as they struggle to escape extinction or persecution. Filled with suspense, witchcraft and violence, “Coven” debuted just in time for Halloween. The series airs every Wednesday at 10 p.m.

Arcade Fire Rumored to Play Secret New York Shows

Word on the street is that Arcade Fire will be playing two secret shows in Brooklyn next weekend. Following the similar fashion of AF’s surprise shows in Montreal last month, the band is performing under the name The Reflektors. Posters revealing limited information read: “Brooklyn, 10/18, 10/19 and Formal Attire or Costume Mandatory.”

Ezra Koenig Reviews Drake’s Nothing Was the Same

In a rather unconventional manner, Vampire Weekend’s Ezra Koenig, reviews Drake’s new album. The review includes song preferences, rants and arguably truthful storytelling.

Austin City Limits Music Festival Cancelled

The music festival was cancelled on its final day due to flash flood warnings. The safety of fans, staff and artists took priority and refunds are being issued. Bands such as Franz Ferdinand, Phoenix and Tame Impala were scheduled to perform.

Disclosure’s New Video Removed for Depiction of Drug Use

Disclosure’s new video, “Help Me Lose My Mind” was quickly removed due to comments received referencing the use of drugs within the video. PMR Records announced that they felt “vey strongly against the glamorization of drugs in any capacity” and therefore decided pull the video.
