Phillips Hall flooding

Tim Holsonback, a maintenance worker at UNC, informs student Abby Gancz that Phillips Hall is closed on April 3, 2019. "The only thing that I know happened was that they had a water main break in there this morning and it knocked all the electrical out, and there's been a flood on the first floor and the basement," Holosonback said. "We're dealing with it the best we can because we got to get the water out of the building before we can get the electricity back up."
