Raleigh-based Denmark Records has a new release, but it’s not much to celebrate. The label’s newest offering is a compilation of nineteen artists “from Maryland to Mississippi,” focusing heavily on ambient and electronic music. Some may enjoy having the record for background noise, but save for a few tracks, most of the label’s latest fails to impress.
