This week has taught me just how much I lucked out my first semester.
Aside from becoming an astronaut/actress/unicorn, my childhood self had only one dream: playing music. My life’s ultimate goal is to join a band, get big, go through a rockstar phase, break up, fade into obscurity and then live out the rest of my days in some sleazy New York City bar, reminiscing about the glory days.
I can think of about a million ways to describe a UNC student: smart, funny, inquisitive, caring, kind, hard-working, ambitious, good-looking, charming, worldly...where was I going with this?

At last. At last we have made it to the end of midterms week.
Let me just begin by saying that I am the biggest scaredy-cat ever to grace UNC’s fine campus.
Last Wednesday afternoon, I was rushing to class (running five minutes late, as usual) when suddenly I found myself hypnotized by the sound of slow, dreamy whistling floating toward me from up ahead.
