Zena Cardman, a 2010 alum who also got her Master's at UNC, is one of just 12 people in NASA's 2017 Astronaut Class. Features editor Brinley Lowe asked Cardman, who majored in biology and minored in creative writing and marine science, about her career and time at UNC.
