If the team can beat the Spartans, it will take on the winner of Saturday’s other semifinal game, featuring Illinois and Louisville — teams that finished No. 1 and No. 4, respectively, in the year-end polls. UNC hasn’t been to the Final Four since 2000 and last won the championship in 1993.
