Police log for March 5, 2010

Police arrested a Pittsboro man at 11:26 p.m. Wednesday at 602 Gomains Ave. for felony possession with intent to sell or distribute cocaine, a felony count of maintaining a vehicle for the purpose of selling drugs, misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia, three counts of misdemeanor assault on a government official and three counts of misdemeanor resisting arrest, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Ryan O’Neil Stroud, 34, was found with 19.7 grams of crack cocaine and was taken to the police department, reports state. He was confined at Orange County Jail in lieu of a $13,900 secured bond, reports state.

A Chapel Hill man was arrested at 8:11 a.m. Thursday at 601 Piney Mountain Road for two counts of felony aiding and abetting larceny, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Police served warrants to Charles Orlando Enoch, 46, at his home. He was released from police custody on a written promise to appear in court, reports state.

A Graham man turned himself in to Chapel Hill police for a felony larceny by employee charge at 3:39 p.m. Wednesday, according to Chapel Hill police reports.

Jeremy James Larusso, 22, was released under a $2,000 unsecured bond, reports state.
