Someone was forcibly raped at 2:30 a.m. Saturday at an apartment on Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
The rape occurred at a party, Police Capt. Jackie Carden said.
The victim was in her late teens and did not know her assailant, Carden said.
The police have a suspect, Carden said.
The rape was reported early Sunday, reports state. Drugs or alcohol were involved in the incident, according to the report.
