I want to take this opportunity to say thank you for your tremendous support at Saturday’s spring football game.

You were loud, energetic and most importantly, you made an impression on our players, coaches and recruits in front of a nationally televised ESPN audience. The players and staff are extremely grateful for the role you played in achieving an attendance of nearly 30,000 on a beautiful spring day in Chapel Hill.

I appreciate the support you’ve given this team over the last three years, and I hope you can join us in Atlanta when we kick off the season in the Georgia Dome versus LSU.

Your attendance and enthusiastic support can truly make a difference in our team’s performance.
