  • A peeping Tom was seen looking into the window of a female’s bathroom at 11 p.m. Saturday at 84 Hayes Road, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone was seen urinating in public between 7:45 p.m. and 7:58 p.m. Friday outside Sugarland at 140 E. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone broke into a residence between 2 p.m. Saturday and 12:53 a.m. Sunday at 15 Bolin Heights, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
    The person caused $300 in damage to a window and $50 in damage to three window screens, reports state.
  • Someone stole a cell phone at 1 a.m. Saturday at 201 E. Franklin St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
    The Motorola phone was valued at $50, reports state.
  • Someone stole a push lawn mower between noon Nov. 14 and 4 p.m. Friday at 229 N. Graham St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
    The Honda lawn mower was valued at $200, reports state.
  • Someone stole a cell phone between midnight Oct. 15 and noon Nov. 10 from 316 W. Rosemary St., according to Chapel Hill police reports.
    The Blackberry Curve phone was valued at $350, reports state.
  • Police completed a death investigation between 1:01 p.m. and 7:01 p.m. Saturday at 751 Trinity Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
  • Someone reported fraudulent checking account activity between noon Nov. 12 and 12:35 p.m. Friday at 612 Croom Court, according to Chapel Hill police reports.
