TO THE EDITOR:
A few weeks ago, the innovation road map was released at UNC. The road map provides a framework for creating a culture of innovation at Carolina, and was created with input from students, faculty and members of the Innovation Circle. At 5 p.m. today in the Campus Y Faculty Lounge, we will be hosting an Innovate@Carolina Student Forum.
The forum is co-sponsored by CUAB, Student Government, the Campus Y, and the Chancellor’s Student Innovation Team, and light refreshments will be served. It will be an opportunity for students to discuss the ideas presented in the road map, provide input, express concerns, ask questions, and give feedback.
Student input is key to implementation of the road map; so, your thoughts and ideas are of utmost importance. If you are unable to attend the forum, but you have thoughts about the Innovate@Carolina initiative, please submit them under the comment section at innovation.unc.edu. Online, you can also find a copy of the road map and more information about the Innovate@Carolina Initiative. We hope to see you in the Campus Y at 5 p.m
