A force main pipe in Briar Chapel has been the cause of reent odors and poorly-managed spraying that has left the Briar Chapel Community Association asking developers to move the location of the wastewater plant. The developers of Briar Chapel and operator of the wastewater treatment plant have been quiet until recent concerns.
