Thomas Ross, the president of the University, Hannah Gage, Chairman of the Board, as well as the Board of Governors and the Budget and Finance Committee attend a meeting about tuition at the Board of Governors meeting at the Spangler Center (General Administration Building) on Thursday, February 9. The Budget and Finance Committee voted in favor of Ross' tuition plan.
