Column: Covering UNC sports when there are no UNC sports

The spread of COVID-19 has led to the cancellation of March Madness and the suspension of all University winter and spring sports for the foreseeable future. The question for us becomes: how do you cover UNC sports when there are no UNC sports?

Recap: UNC falls to Syracuse in ACC Tournament, 81-53, to end season

In the last game of the ACC Tournament played in front of fans, the North Carolina men's basketball team (14-19, 6-14 ACC) fell to Syracuse (18-14, 10-10 ACC) on Wednesday night, spelling the end for the 2019-20 Tar Heels and putting a finishing touch on the worst season of the Roy Williams era.
