Class Standing Not Accurate Measure Of School Spririt

TO THE EDITOR:It is obvious to me that Kate Hartig does not know a lot of graduate students, or she would have never dared to write such an insulting piece of "journalism" ("Scalping Duke Tickets Takes Them From Deserving Fans, The Daily Tar Heel, Feb. 26). She takes one example (which she claims she "heard last week") of a few graduate students who scalped their Duke University-UNC basketball tickets for $500 a piece. I am not disagreeing with her general point, which is that real fans deserve the tickets. But there are a few points I would like to make.
