Gates to Appear in Court Today
By rian Meares | November 21Orange County resident Alan Douglas Gates, who has been charged with murder in the July shooting deaths of his daughter and two others, will go to court today to face related charges of violating a restraining order. According to a report from Orange County Sheriff Lindy Pendergrass, an Orange County District Court judge issued a domestic violence restraining order against Alan Gates on June 11 after an incident in which he was charged with assaulting his daughter June 1.
