Police seek help in business break-ins

Chapel Hill police have responded to 11 business break-ins since Nov. 18, and they're seeking help in their investigation.

The businesses targeted were at Timberlyne Shopping Center on Weaver Dairy Road, Rams Plaza at Fordham Boulevard and the Village Plaza on South Elliott Road, according to a Chapel Hill Police Department news relase.

Police have video of the man believed to be involved in the break-ins -- a white male in a small truck driving from Ram's Plaza just after two reported break-ins, the release states.

With any information about the break-ins or the person in the video, call the Chapel Hill Police Department at 968-2760 or Crime Stoppers at 942-7515, the release states.

The caller may be eligible for a cash reward up to $2,000 with information that leads to arrest.
