The report states the arrestee had a bottle of fortified wine on premises unauthorized by ABC law.
- Officers made an arrest for assault inflicting serious injury on the 100 block of Fraternity Court at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, according to Chapel Hill Police reports.
The report states the individual was unarmed and will be served with a criminal summons for assault.
