A 39-year-old man was booked into the Orange County Jail on a second-degree forcible sexual offense charge Sunday evening.
Officers responded to a report of a woman being assaulted at the Food Lion at 602 Jones Ferry Road, according to the Carrboro Police Department.
Antione Brooks, of Carrboro, is being held on a $20,000 bond. The police department has reason to believe there may be additional victims in the case.
