Separating art from artist: UNC professor insights

Should we, as consumers of various art mediums, choose to separate the art that a person produces from their personal life outside of that medium? Is there a way to do so without compromising the work? Goodbye choreography, hello improv

Modernextension Dance Company will throw away its playbook and take to the stage with an improvised and organic performance this Saturday in Gerrard Hall. The company will use dance to explore the theme of disruption at various levels, from molecular to political disruption.

STV premieres fall shows with red carpet

The Emmy Awards have come and gone this year, but for UNC Student TV, the biggest television event is happening this Saturday from 7-10 p.m. At the Red Carpet Fall Premiere, STV will debut its new season of shows, which members have been working on throughout the semester.
