student congress hopeful with approval of appointments
By ELIZABETH STEWART AND MAC MOLLISON | September 28Student Congress began the work of finalizing appointments to student government positions Tuesday. Many of the appointees were just getting their feet wet in student government affairs. The student affairs and the rules and judiciary committees of Student Congress approved the appointments of all those in attendance and tabled the appointments of those who didn't show. The full Congress body will meet in a special session Sunday afternoon to discuss the issues.
