To every Danielle, I apologize in advance for any inconvenience this email may cause, but I hope you understand. My name is John and I am trying to reconnect with a BEAUTIFUL girl Danielle that I met the night of the Duke and UNC game on February 6th 2008 at the Smith Center. I was standing in front of section 117, and she was working at an ice cream stand called SMITTY'S ICE CREAM. Thruout the game, she would occasionally come to check on the game and get a score update. When i noticed that she wasn't able to get away from working, I'd turn around and give her hand signals telling her what the score was, and a thumbs up or down if it was going in Carolina's favor. After the game, I waited for her to finish what she was doing and introduced myself on the way out of the arena. Most importantly I wanted Danielle to know, that the entire night, I was completely distracted by how beautiful she was. I could not wait for each time she came over for a game update. On the way out, she asked for my email address. Honestly, I was way too flustered to ask for hers in return. So all I have now, is her name, knowing what she looks like, and the image of the 3 hours that I was so lucky to take home with me that night. Although the result in the game wasn't the best, I couldn't have asked for anything better than meeting Danielle. So, I'm hoping that one of the email addresses that receives my letter, goes to the correct person, if not, then I hope someone can help me in my search. I really am not a crazy guy, I'm just hoping to talk to and see Danielle again. She was about 5'5 brown hair, a gorgeous, perfect smile. I know the description isn't great, but when someone sees who I'm talking about, either at a game again, or in class....please let Danielle know that John, the guy she met at the Duke Carolina game is wanting to see her again. Thank you. John

Tooth plays heavy metal. No bones about that. But what does the Durham band - the combined efforts of J-Me Guptill (vocals), Rich James (guitar), Ben Wilson (guitar), Ryland Fishel (bass) and Noah Kessler (drums) - love? Diversions Editor Bryan Reed caught up with the band, and the answer, apparently, is metal. Dive: Metal being a niche genre, maybe it's a little ironic - maybe fitting - that you're playing the day after Valentine's Day. Ben Wilson: It never even occurred to me. Metal has absolutely nothing to do with Valentine's Day.
